Extremadura

 

I cannot give you much background about this shirt, as I don't have any, really. I cannot find a picture of the Extremadura region wearing this kit, but it was sold to me as matchworn for about 50€ and it does look legit to me. I did buy this on Wallapop, a Spanish small-ads page that I can only recommend to find Spanish regional selections shirts, should you ever wish to do so. While the app officially only works for buyers in Spain, I never had an issue negotiating international shipping with the sellers.

The shirt is made by Austral, a small sports equipment company that has no relation to Australia, whatsover, apart from the little kangaroo in the logo. It is rather a Spanish company, based in Cantabria. Otherwise, it is a typical vintage football shirt. A heavy fabric and a cool little pattern woven into the fabric.
