Now this is a truly weird shirt. It is a matchworn shirt that was either worn by a "FIFA selection" or a "UEFA selection". I don't know for sure, as the shirt carries both names. What I do know is that it was worn in the "Gusti Cup", a behind closed door kick-about of FIFA and UEFA senior management with celebrities and businessmen, which is infamous for being a breeding ground for corruption deals, apparently. This kickabout used to happen annually somewhere in Switzerland. Sepp Blatter has played in it and so have football stars like Ronaldo (the real one from Brazil). But Swiss nobel prize laureates and all kind of dubious businessmen have been invited as well and came from around the world to be there.
I got this shirt on ebay for not more than a tenner - shipping including. I wouldn't have paid more than that, I guess, but it is a nice addition to the obscurities section of the collection, I guess.
