Most of the time I am collecting, Niger shirts have been made by Tovio. There have been brief periods (rarely longer than a few months), where Errea, Uhlsport or others gave it a try - but Niger always returned to the Burkina Faso based brand Tovio - and for all the right reasons, as most of their designs were absolutely brilliant, including the one I have posted on this blog.

In 2022, however, Macron managed to break the dominance of Tovio in Niger. Just for two years, as indeed Tovio is back with Niger now, but still. They managed to get two different designs to the team. This is the first of these two and it is utterly boring. It is a unicolour cheap looking shirt with a flag sloppily heat pressed on the chest. I am very much not impressed and still snapped them up, as obviously Niger shirts are super rare and those were on sale via the FIFA shop.
